Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey,Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 11.58)

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore (HSR: 22.96.1)

Only reputed make material will be used (Make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard documents) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge,while executing various items/work at site. 3. HSR items beyond DNIT shall be paid as per HSR+Ceiling premium. No extra rate shall be payable.
