Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable /burnt out HT cable end joints, S& F in repairs for outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 120 Sqmm,3 core all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 01 above but suitable for XLPE cables of size 95 Sqmm,3 core

Checking of APFC panels / capcitors bank panels, carrying out necessary servicing, cleaning of the switch gears, busbars with CTC and removing the carbon deposits, checking of the connections, functioning the components such as capacitors, contactors, switch gears etc ,disconnecting and removing burnt out cable end portions, crimping with new suitable lugs of the same size, removing burnt out thyristors, reconnecting and testing complete for maintaining efficient power factor at the Sub station all as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable power factor capacitors of different capacities from the capacitor panel board after disconnecting the electric supply, Supply and fixing of power factor correction capacitors, All Poly Propelene (APP) Box type, rectangular in shape, heavy duty, with over current withstand capability 3 x In, operating losses 0.35 W/kVAr, peak inrush current withstand capability 500 x In, number of switching operations per year : 20000, maximum ambient temperature 70 degree celcious, minimum operating life 300000 hours, various KVAR rating, 440 V, with suitable fixing arrangement including connection with suitable copper cables and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Capacitors shall conform to IEC 831-1, with total losses not more than 0.25W / KVAR. (ii) Copper cables, thimbles will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. Make : Cat No LTXL (Box series : LTBCU) of make L&T or equivalent model in SIEMENS/GE.

Supply and fix in repairs power factor control relay (APFC) 12 step including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/HPL/Neptune

Disconnecting and removing of the unserviceable CT, Ratio 150/5 A (ID 75 mm) from the existing position, supply and fixing new CT, Ratio 150/5 A (ID 75 mm) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havell's / Schneider / Standard / GEC / Legrand / L&T

Disconnecting and removing of the unserviceable 200 Amps HRC DIN type fuse link size 1 from the existing position, supply and fixing new 200 Amps HRC DIN type fuse link size 1 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havell's / Schneider / Standard / GEC / Legrand / L&T

Dismantling unserviceable/ burnt electric cables connected with capacitors, supply and replacement following size PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core industrial copper cable (flexible), 2.5 / 4.0 / 6.0 / 10 / 25 / 35 Sqmm, 1100 Volt grade, conforming to IS : 694, ISI marked, matching with the existing size, provision of suitable copper lugs, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete including electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : KEI/ Finolex / Legrand.

Dismantling unserviceable push buttons (start/stop button) from the power factor capacitor panel boards after disconnecting the power supply, supply and fix push buttons with 1 No + 1 NC, screw type for operation of capacitors all as per sample available at sub stations including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of LT panel board, disconnecting and removing of the burnt out cable end terminations, cutting and reterminating of the cable end portions with proper size of lugs and decarbonising of panel busbar and cleaning with CTC, replacing of cable glands, connecting back cable end termination properly, opening of the busbar chambers, cutting removing of the cable connections, reterminating with proper size of lugs, tightening of the bus bar nuts, bolts including wrapping of the busbar with colour codes, checking of all switches, MCCBs all isolators, tightening of the loose connections replacing of burnt out fuse, cut out fuses with new ones complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable/ burnt thyristors / power contactors from the power factor capacitor panel boards after disconnecting the electric supply, supply and fix capacitor duty contactors suitable for following ratings of capacitors including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / HPL / Neptune / GE / ABB
