Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering or plastering work in CM 1:3 on fascia or edging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc.including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work and concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of cement base paint, over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick light shade on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough to receive tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr including inlet/outlet of pipes and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and writing, date of cleaning on the tank (CLEANED ON __ __ 2023) Complete all as specified and directed.
