CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINS, RCC BOX CULVERTS AND STAIRCASES FOR SLUDGE PONDS INSIDE ALUMINA REFINERY PLANT, NALCO, DAMONJODI.

Amount

1.1.1/P62-Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 2 KM lead.

2.8.1-Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift up to 1.5 m in all kind of soil.

02.27.00-Filling of sand under floors in trenches sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

4.1.3-Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20 mm and down stone aggreagates) ,at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

04.01.05-Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded 20 mm and down stone aggreagates) ,at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

05.02.02-Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete with RCC grage 1:1 1/2:3 (1 cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3 stone aggregate) work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, stairs, landings, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. in super structure up to floor five level (a hight of 20 metres from ground level), including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

05.09.01-Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, rafts of columns,walls, staircaes slabs, roof slabs, steps, plinth beams up to plinth level and above plinth levels up all height in all shapes and sizes as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

05.22.03-Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

06.02.03-Providing & laying brick masonry in foundation and plinth in any shape including all complete in Cement mortar (1Cement:6 sand), incuding cost of materials, all labours, curing, scaffolding etc. ( Ash bricks and cement will be issued free of cost at respective location.)

13.18.01-Providing and applying neat cement punning on concrete surface/plaster surfaces using 2.2 kg of cement and approved water profing compound ( Pidilite/ Sika or equivalent make ) , including cleaning the surface, scaffolding up to all hight, curing , as per the direction of Engineer in charge.Cement will be issued free of cost from NALCO's store.

13.05.02-Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 course sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for a hight up to 10 metres from ground level.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

15.2.00-Dismantling and demolishing cement concrete work including disposal of debris/ dismantled material lead of 50 mtrs. as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

15.03.00-Dismantling of R.C.C. work including stacking of bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtrs. lead as directed including cutting reinforcement bars from RCC work etc. complete.

15.7.4-Dismantling all type of Masonry, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish including filling in low lying areas of Plant/Township/mines as the case may be etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (up to a lead of 50 mtrs)

10.25.02- Structural steel works fabrication/ refabrication/ modification etc including erection of the same true to its level and alignment as per drawing including taking delivery of steel section/ plates etc from NALCO's store or other location to their fabrication yard/ erection site as required and application of one coat of red oxide zinc-chromate of approved quality for all types of structural steel works Columns, Beams, Bracings, railings, Cable trays, Gratings, Grills , windows, Doors & Shutters.etc brackets, supports including necessary connections, supervision etc at all heights and locations etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(REQUIRED STRUCTURAL STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)
