REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO TRANSFORMER

Filtration of transformer oil of 11 KV transformers with streamline filtration plant in service connection and bringing the dielectric strength of the oil to required value as per IE rules and submitting necessary test report for record complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary connections to filtration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections. (b) Electric supply for the filtration plant will be made available by the department. (c) Before filtration the transformer oil shall be tested for its dielectric strength and if the value became below 25KV for distribution transformer & 50 KVA for power transformer only filtration to be carried out.

Supply and top up transformer cooling oil duly tested up to required level of transformer capacity 63 KVA to 2000 KVA pole/plinth mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity 63 KVA- 300 KVA after removing the old u/s studs/bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per item No. 3.00 here in before but LT bushings Note-For item No. 3.00 & 4.00 :The transformer repair/servicing works shall be carried out only by engaging specialized and experienced technicians. The rate shall be included making necessary arrangements to remove the oil in the conservator in safe drums and refilling after the repair works.

Surface dressing in hard/dense soil /aggregate not exceeding 15cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in elevan number of sub station and including other E/M installations as directed after removing and spreading back the aggregate by doing twice a month upto the completion of CA by employing 2 labour (Two day a month) in each sub station and E/M installation as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel Cross arms, angles, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking out the old U/S Cross arms, angles, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing lightening arrester for out door use expulsion type complete with all fittings suitable for 11000 volts HT line transmission class of discharge capacity 65KA including taking out the U/S lightening arrester complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed incl. taking out old UNSV one.

Supply and fix single disc assembly disc insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown on green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors with working pressure 11000 volts incl. taking out UNSV one.

Reparing/servicing to gang operating devices 11000 volts upto 400 Amps including greasing all the moving parts and applying white petroleum jelly at the contact point including dismantling and replacing all the un-serviceable parts/spares all as directed. NOTE All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductor 6/1x3.35 mm(rabbit) not exe. 2 mtrs all as specified and as directed incl. taking out old UNSV ACSR jumper.

Material and labour for painting of four pole structure complete including chanels, GODs, cross arm after scraping the old painted surfaces, cleaning and painting with two coats of aluminium paint for steel tublar pole and cement colour for PCC pole from top of coping and then marking 03 nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20 cm width upto 1.20 mtr above GL/coping with synthetic enamel paint complete and writing pole numbers all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of two pole structure complete and scraping the old painted surfaces, cleaning and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour for steel tubler pole and cement paint for PCC pole from top of copping and then marking 03 nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20 cm width upto 1.20 mtr above GL/coping with synthetic enamel paint complete and writing pole numbers all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective HT jointing kits of any size and type complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, poles and stays in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, poles and stays in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and exceeding 1.5 M deep and not exceeding 3 M deep and getting out.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick.

Supply & Fixing of drop out fuse (expulsion type) assembly single pole 11000 volts of above 25 Amps and upto 50 Amps complete including taking out old unserviciable one all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spray painting of Power transformer of capacity 2MVA with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour over a coat of red oxide primer after thoroughly preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of GOD cross arms and channels with clamps etc by scrapping rusted surface by applying one coat of aluminium paint including support GOD handle compelete all as directed

Supply only distilled water for battery of Main receiving station all as directed

Supply and fix lead acid battery of capacity 2V 100 AH including taking out old unserviceable battery from battery bank complete and depositing to MES store yard all as specified and as directed. Make:EXIDE cat pat No TBS100.

M & L for repair of 3 phase battery charger suitable for charging 55 Nos 2V 100 AH including battery by segregating old unserviceable burnt out PCBs, internal wiring, MCBs etc icluding replacing them with new one installed at 33KV main receiving station all as specified and as directed.

Transportation of UNSV transformer from MES yard/site to workshop with the help of recovery van after disconnection of HT/LT side cables,earthing lead etc and return back after repair and reconnecting of HT/LT side cable, earthing lead etc after repairs upto 300 KVA .Dismantling of transformer by unscrewing top cover after draining out transformer oil and keeping the oil in safe custody for send .After dehydration /filteration and taking out HT/LT coil and segrating the burnt and coil.with copper wire of same gauge and specification including reassembling the transformer and testing complete.

M & L for rewinding of HT coil of transformers, by winding the defective coils with super enamelled copper wire as per IS of same gauge as per existing size together with new insulated material and aluminium bracings before placing into the transformer including assembling the HT/LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil and fitting the coil in the chamber, testing and commissioning of the transformer and recording the test result complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of LT coil of transformers, by winding the defective coils with super enamelled copper wire as per IS of same gauge as per existing size together with new insulated material and aluminium bracings before placing into the transformer including assembling the HT/LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil and fitting the coil in the chamber, testing and commissioning of the transformer and recording the test result complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting tree branches below, top and around the OH conductors not less than two meter around the line and keeping the line clearance through out the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many times as required, depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for LT underground cable 3 1/2 core 120sqmm XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade in trenches/ passing through pipes of following cross sectional area including taking out existing unserviceable cables.

Supply and fixing L T pre stressed cement concrete poles 9 mtr long, 102X172 mm at top and 102X279mm at bottom, class 10 erecting in vertical position including cement colour upto 1.2 mtr height from top of coping and then 03 nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20 cm width upto GL/Coping & including removing broken pole from site complete all as directed.

M & L stay assembly with complete accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 using 20 mm dia stay rod including taking down old stay assembly complete all as specified & directed Note:-Loop type isolator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately.

M & L Galvanized iron stay strand of size 7/4.00 mm including taking down old stay strand complete all as specified & directed

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles etc complete all as specified and directed

M &L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles complete all as specified and directed
