REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINES MANHOLES SEPTIC TANK BRICK DRAIN AND CERTAIN MISC B/R WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN RAJOKRI UNDER GE AF GURGAON

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage line between manholes of various sizes by any means by using Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No, Kambore 1075 up-01 Nos Retriever 150 including removing Rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No & Retriever 150 etc complete. (ii) The lines measured once can not measured again within three months, if block in the same lines re-occure with in three months the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum two persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of Sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (iv) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R (AF) Rajokri within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor Trap etc running on external wall of buildings, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2m in depth.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for manholes ,well etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl Item No 6 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3m.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm..

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 200m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete internal dia of pipe 150mm and removal of demolished materail out of MoD land complete all as specified.
