REPAIR OF 5 HP MOTOR PUMP SET UNDER GE (U) CHANDIMANDIR

1. Dismanteling and taking up monoblock pump set 5 HP , 3 phase with connected pipes of any size, shifting the same to the workshop for repair involving replacement of wornout parts, bringing back to the site after repair and lowering the motor pump set including replacement of rubber washers , nuts, bolts , washers abd re-fixing electrical connections as required at site ( Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separatly under respective items here-in-after) and testing in loasd, complete as directed , Make- Kirlosker, CG or any make as per site (Each Job 01) 2. M&L for strip opening of monoblock motor pump set of capacity 5HP , 3 phase , strip opeing after un-screwing nuts, bolts/screws etc .taking out rotor from stator , cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator , cleaning of slots, rewinding of startor with super enamaled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufacturer's design insulated copper conductor wire conection leads of appropriate size with sleeves od suitable size upto terminal connection box , varnishing , drying up., re-assenbling , complete and testing of load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Each Job 01) 3. Supply only SS impeller suitable for 5 Hp monoblock pump set seven stage as per manufacturer design complete all as specified and as directed (Each 01) 4. Supply only shaft sleeve suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each 01) 5. Supply only neck ring suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed.(Each 02) 6.Remantling of shaft , turning , grinding as per the required size and polishing required as per site condition complete all specified and as directed (Each 01) 7.Supply only oil seal suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each 02) 8..Supply only ball bearing (roller/thrust/any other type) DE/NDE suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturer's design complete as specified and as directed.(Each 04) 9.Supply only front end shield /B14 flange/B5 flange, rear end shield suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturer's design complete as specified and as directed.(Each 01) 10.Supply only rotor key suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each SET 01) 11.Supply only motor frame with terminal box base, lid gsket,200 mfd capacitor incl connection plate suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each SET 01) 12..Supply only bed plate incl bolts , spring washers suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each SET 01) 13. Supply only fan incl clamp and cover suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each SET 01) 14. Supply only pump set bearing housing DE/NE of CI grade FG 210 cover suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each SET 01) 15.Supply only stuffing box packing and greasing , gland plate, gland sleeve suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed (Each SET 01) 16.Supply only water seal suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump set as per manufacturera design complete as specified and as directed.
