B. Indoor HT Panels & Soft Starter Panels

3.3KV H.T. SWITCHGEAR

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning(DSITC) of Extendable type 3.3kV VCB Indoor HT switchgear panel module consisting of 3nos.- Incomer feeders (2nos. for transformer & 1no. for DG set) and (6nos.- Outgoing feeders, 1 nos.-Bus Coupler, 1 no.-Bus Riser, 2 nos.-Bus PT Panel) including 1 no.-Earthing Truck & all accessories conform to the relevant IS/IES 61439 standard and all breakers shall be with A/V/KWH meters and the necessary power pack shall be provided all incomers & outgoing cables shall be a top entry in the panel. Also having provision of Electromechanical interlocking with castle key and PLC logic controller. Scope includes manufacturing, transportation, loading, unloading, shifting to the final location, and interconnection between accessories mounted on HT VCB with the mounting of loose accessories supplied by the vendor. As per special conditions of the contract making good the damages caused complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

750 KVA 3.3KV DG set comprising of : engine developing suitable power at 1500 rpm complete with standard accessories coupled to an alternator mounted on a channel iron base frame, Under NTP conditions of BS :5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours operation.

Errection & Commissioning:

Supplier shall be responsible for carrying out the Erection, start up testing and commissioning of the new DG Set required technical personnel and labour for the same shall be provided by the vendor. Tools, tackles, required for the same shall be a arranged by the vendor. Erection of the Stack and thermal insulation of the exhaust system is also the responsibility of the vendor.

Operating Condition :

The DG Set should work trouble free and efficiently under following operating conditions:

Ambient Conditions: Temperature = 20 to 50 degree Celsius Relative Humidity = 95% max.

Guarantee:

The DG set shall be guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date commissioning or 5000 hrs from the date of commissioning whichever occurs earlier.
