Disconnecting electric outdoor/indoor transformer 11 KV capacity upto 500 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/plinth or from inside sub station for major/Minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting electric outdoor/indoor transformer 11 KV capacity upto 630 to 1500 KVA getting out from plinth or inside sub station for major/Minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

Materail and Labour for draining out complete transformer oil from transformer upto 1500 KVA capacity at site for major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection/examination by Board of Officers and lowering/fixing of core assembly in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to workshop. (transportation charges will paid separaterly against item No. 1&2)

Transportation of unserviceable transformer of upto 500 KVA capacity to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop Note : (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power)complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 4 above but of capacity 630 KVA to 1500 KVA

M&L for shifting of serviceable transformer upto 1500 KVA from MES store Yard/Sub Stn(indoor/outdoor) for installation in place of unserviceable transformer and back after replacing with repaired transformer

Material and labour factory opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts & washers etc and taking out core assembly from tank by disconnecting from tap changer HT & LT side bushing stud to outside by dismantling the channel and disconnecting star delta connection for transformer up to 250 KVA capacity. After dismantling of Transformer and physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limbs HV &LV winding from Core Assembly) washing of core assembly by hot oil for removing brunt carbon and copper particals and cleaning of complete top yoke by oil. reassemble of complete core assembly and core coil assembly providing new coils and new tap leads of tap changer including requisite insulation material. Re Tanking tightening of top cover fixing of HV & LV Bushing, tap changer connection, WTI & OTI Connection and CT connection. Filling of oil, conservatior tank ready for final testing all as directed in presence of rep of MES Note : Coil and insulation shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item N0.7 but upto capacity above 315 KVA to 500 KVA

All as per item N0.7 but upto capacity above 630 kva to 1500 KVA

Material and Labour in repairs for rewinding of HT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedence including requisite insulating paper/material in each layer of winding after taking down old existing winding of HT coils of 11 KV trasformer complete. Note : (i) The rate quoted against these items is inclusive necessary provision of all types of insulating materials , heating and varnishing etc.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but LT coils with copper strips.

Material and Labour for drying/ovening of complete Core coil assembly(CCA) in vacume chamber and continous monitering to improve of IR Values after varnishing the coil to eliminate moisture content from Transformer up to 1500 KVA capacity complete .

Material and Labour after drying and ovening and Re-assembling of up to 1500 KVA Transformer core, tesing of magnetic circuit for IR values, assembly and connection of OLTC of all phases, testing of transformer at low voltage, checking of ratio and polarity test. all as specified and directed. Note: (i) These operations/tests shall be carried out in the factory,results found satisfactory before bringing transformer to the original site for re-installation. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include complete testing before and after repairs, as per IS-2026, Megger Ratio, LV&HV High Voltage Test, DVDF and vector Group Test and Leagae/Pressure Testing at 0.35 Kg for 24 Hrs to check the healthiness of the transformer, No load test, Full load Test, Impedance test, Voltage/Short Ckt impedance test.

M&L for hiring, transportation , Installation and testing of serviceable transformer of same capacity or higher in place of unserviceable transformer which is under repair and shifting back to workshop , on hire basis for 15 days when ordered complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-1. Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days duration, no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 15 days. Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer. In case any fault/breakage/burning/ peeling of painting and any other defects occurred in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses. Contractor should check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation. The rate quoted is deemed to be included all as transportation cost, , earthing leads lifting/lowering arrangement etc for transformer of capacity upto 1500 KVA.

Note-2. In case the defective/ unserviceable transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor ; a panelty recovery @ Rs. 1000/- per day will be chraged from his dues. During this period contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer. No extra cost beyond 15 days will be paid to contractor on this account.

Supply and fixing in renewal of transformer bushing on LT 433 volt side including brass stems /rods conical bush and gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer of the following capacity complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in renewal of porcelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems conical bush and gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer of following capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for ON load centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine electric operated without any shutdown of transformer including testing oil sample before and after dehydration and filteration oil complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid for separate (ii) Contractor have to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost

Supply and filling/ toping up of transformer oil in transformers ,having dielectric strength not less than 45 KV (at 2.5 mm gap) high voltage as per IS specification of low viscosity complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fill in replacement silica gel in transformer complete all as directed.

Painting of transformer after preparation of old painted surfaces of steel, by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting with PU paint with spraying machine to transformer indoor/outdoor, fixed on poles or in Sub Station at different location after disconnecting of HT supply from incoming and LT supply from outgoing capacity 63 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

Fancing :- M&L for perimeter fencing of size 4m x 4m x 2m (as per site condition) having angle iron post 2 m height for parameter fencing of Transformer including chain link fencing fixed to angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm including excavation , earth work , brick work , surface excavation and PCC 1:2:4btype C-2 and Necessary steel gate of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm of size 01 m x 2 m including locking arrengment having square bar of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces including supplying laying , leveling and compecting dry stone aggregate upto 40 mm thick compacted thickness over the entire area coverd by fancing in layers upto 100 mm thick complete all as directed .

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in soft/loose Soil. Material and labour for crushed stone aggregate of size 20mm, for loose filling under 2/4/6 pole structure / along the transformer plinth in side the fencing area after cleaning/ surface excavation and including making boundary around the 2/4/6 pole structure/ transformer fencing area using sub class B brick etc, complete all as specified.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches around transformer,2/4/6 pole strcture up to 5 mtr distance at all sides and disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
