CAMC OF 180TR SCREW CHIILER AC SYSTEM
Comprehensive annual maintenance charges & round the clock operation contract of Two numbers of 180TR (100Tr+80TR) Dunham Bush make microprocessor based air cooled screw chiller units and three numbers of AHUs installed at BXP control room at IOCL Barauni Refinery. This job includes day to day running maintenance, quarterly preventive maintenance, capital maintenance and any other types of break down maintenance as may be required for efficient and continuous operation of the machine as per scope of work and special terms & conditions. It also includes the entire cost of spares, consumables replacement and cost of labour as per requirement for smooth running. Jobs complete in all respects with man & materials with tools & tackles to the satisfaction of Engr. in-Charge / Site-Engineer. The compressor and motor shall be rewinded if it is burnt.
