Part-A (Round the clock operation & CAMC) Round the clock operation of Central AC plant in metrology Building at NPL campus (as per scope of work attached). NOTE- (1) Tenderer are requested to check physically the Centralized AC plant before quoting the rate. Rate quoted inclusive all taxes. (2) Presently, the above said plant is running under operation & CAMC. On award of work, the plant will be handed over to contractor in as it is condition.

CAMC of airconditioning plant comprising of all the machinery, equipment installed in the AC Plant room (as per inventory enclosed) including Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Handling units, Precision AC units, Heat recovery units, Ventilation fancs, water treatment plant etc. (as per the scope of work attached). Complete in all respect as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Part-B (One time job for provision of humidity control system & misc. connected work Room No. 10, 17, 23, 26 & 222) S.I.T.C of a humidity control system including control panel, 3 KW strip heater (3 No.), cable trey, control cable 4 & 2.5 sq.mm. 4 core, thimble, PVC tape, C-channel, nut-bolt etc. complete job in all respect, as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 4 X 25 sq mm XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade ISI marked as required. Make of cable should be Havells/Polycab/KEI or equavalent.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with 80 kg/cum density resin bonded fiber glass or 144 Kg/ cu m density mineral wool (non Combustible) pipe section insulation covered with a layer of 120 gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapour barrier) and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3, grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date) at joints and repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. (Including dismatling old existing pipe.)
