B/R SERVICES / WORKS :-

Dismantling of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete of any description and in any position as in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work.and removing same from the site complete as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Use& Waste of Formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete (flat) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, keep Service-able Bricks in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
