S & F GI tee/bend, Tapper of any degree including all required new fittings complete with testing, all as specified and directed.
M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing/ hard and dense soil not exc 45cm in wide & 60 cm depth for laying GI tube returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm and filling 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including removal of surplus soil/ debries outside MD land complete all as directed
M & L for Cutting existing GI tubing 40mm bore, screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions and inserting new GI tee/bend including testing complete all as specified and directed by engineer- in- charge.

Supply, fixing and connection of hot dip galvanised octagonal poles of height 6 mtr with 130mm bottom A/F & 70mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick HT sheet along with MS base plate of size 200 x 200 x 12mm thick including 4 nos of M20 x 600 long J type foundation bolts and 1 mtr long hot dip galvanised single arm standard bracket, including MCB SP 6 Amps, C curve with connector 4 way to be provided as termination point complete all as specified and directed.
S&F Flood light fitting made up of pressure die cast alluminium body with mid power 150 Watt LED as lighting sources and PC cover having Top opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection Including fixing arrangements necessary bolts, nuts, washers, anchor fastners etc complete all as per directed by Engr- in – charge.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI Strip 32x6mm by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 32mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR part I - 2009 and connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work in any type of strata , salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore as watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with CRS Bars 8mm dia at the rate of 100mm centre to centre both way with 12mm dia lifting handle and pit / chamber constructed 50 cm away from the edge in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
Supply, install commissioning and testing of cubical out door feeder pillar box of size 0.5m X 0.5m X .4m, platform mounted, factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54, CPRI Approved) front and back opening with locking arrangement complete made of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick frame work, height 450 mm from ground level and 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with powder coated paint to all steel surfaces over outside and inside complete. The panel board shall be suitable for 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system with epoxy type aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amp.
"SEWAGE DISPOSAL"
S & F Hume Pipe septic tank for 10 users capacity including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, provision of 200mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 bed including packing under including haunching against the sides of tank after it is laid and tested including provision of all accessiories as required complete all as per manufacturers instructions .
Construction of Soakage wells including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.80 Mtr dia and 3 Mtr effective depth.
"SOIL INVESTIGATION"
M & L for Boring hole of 04 Nos as shown on drg 100mm dia by rotatory drilling for soil investigation in any type of soil/rock/ concrete floors and sub bases refusal including boulders weathered rock upto a depth of 10m, trial pits as directed by Engr-In-Charge alongwith SPT at every 1.5M, and carryingout SPT and other tests required for designing the foundation. Test report should be included all the tests as required for designing the foundation such as SPT values bore logs soil classification and also should cover the general recommendations for the proposed type, of foundation system safe bearing capacity likely total settlement etc. The report shall be submitted in quintuplicate duly bounded in a presentable manner. The unit's rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of submission of such reports and samples of Soil.
Note : - a) Soil investigation shall be carried out before starting excavation of foundation of watch tower and test reports shall be submitted to ascertain the design criteria of column footings. If any changes are required as per the soil investigation data, the work in watch towers shall be commenced after regularization of these changes. b) Water will be supplied by the department
c) The report should contain following test , as applicable to the soil on ground:- (i) Bore hole chart. (ii) Profile of all type bore holes. (iii) Bearing capacity calculation indicating SBC of soil with type of foundation and depth. (iv) Consolidated test on undisturbed sample. (v) Chemical analysis of ground water. (vi) Unconsolidated and undrained triaxial shear test. (vii) Crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered. (viii) SBC of ground with type of foundation.(ix) Photographic record during the progress. (x) Existing water table (if met)
d) Compilation of geotechnical report including field and laboratory test results, recommandation report for foundation system, graphs, pile load capacity, diameter and depth of pipe required for the above mentioned work and addressing all relevant geotechnical issues complete including vetting of report by any Govt. Engineering College in India or any NABL approved laboratory.
