Shifting/Re-arrangement of 11kV OH line feeder of Handidhua Colliery for facilitation of ROB-25 and additional double track of Railways under construction in front Gate of Black Diamond Stadium, South Balanda.

Amount

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of bow stay set complete ( galvanised) with 19/20mm dia X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 60 cm), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and also with 0.6 m long brace of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron with 50 mm dia pulley fixed at one end of the brace as required.

Supplying of channel iron (75mm x 40 mm x 6 mm ) (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm ( angle iron bracket) welded to channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps ,bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins,bolts,nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm 7.14 Kg per metre) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clmaps, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLS same work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width x 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm x 6mm M.S.flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11KV disc insulator for over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps , bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (5 Spans, each span 5 x 50m x 0.394Kg/m = 98.5Kg per 5 spans single wire, for 3 wire = 3 x 98.5Kg = 295.5Kg, say 300kg approx.)

Supply & Erection of G.I.Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required for running earth. (each span consumes 50m, for 7 spans = 350m weight of GI Wire 8SWG per m = 0.116Kg Weight of GI Wire for 350m = 0.116Kg x 350 = 40.60Kg , Say 40Kg approx.)

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/aluminium over head conductor,Cl. Wire,cross arms,insulators etc. as required. (5 Spans, each span 5 x 50m x 0.394Kg/m = 98.5Kg per 5 spans single wire, for 3 wire = 3 x 98.5Kg = 295.5Kg, say 300kg approx.)

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc as required.

Supply & Erection of Cradle Guarding of 11kV OH Line with 8SWG GI Wire. (each span consumes 400m of GI wire 8SWG, for two spans 800m; weight of GI Wire 8SWG per m = 0.116Kg Weight of GI Wire for 800m = 0.116Kg x 800 = 92.80Kg , Say 93Kg approx.)

Tree Trimming work along the proposed 11kV OH line including cutting, trimming & removal from the work site as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
