Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil up to the required depth including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the site with all leads and lifts, T&P labour required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming, including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete(1:3:6) with 4cm size crusher broken black hard granite metal including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to work site, payment of royalty taxes, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all material, labour, T&P and R.C.C. Work of M-25 Grade with 20mm and down grade black Crusher broken granite stone chips including hoisting and laying and including cost of all materials, taxes, conveyance of all materials to worksite, royalties of materials, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing M.S. reinforcement for Reinforced cement concrete work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Ref AR-2006, Item RCC work Sl No.09, P-52)

Rigid and smooth centring, shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Providing Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not Less than 75kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in Cement mortar in Cement Mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for hours in water before use including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling,champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, the work including cost of conveyance & royalty ,sundries & watering for curing & supervision charges, contractor profit & labour cess etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia. of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @0.90mt, C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table vibratory method to attain superion smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds. Laid in required gray colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embeding/layig of interlocking pavar into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compacting by using plate vibrator. filling joints with sine sand and cutting of pavar blocks as per requred size/pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or knight traffic parking and lenes/road etc cmplete as per specificationand direction of E-I-C. 80mm thick C.C paver block of M-30 grade with approved collur disign and parttern

Supplying all materials,labour, T&P and making 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) for brick work including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes, contractor profit & labour cess as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer including all materials, taxes, conveyance, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing two coat of Weather Coats with any approved shades including cost of conveyance, taxes of, brushes, sundries contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
