Cement concrete in 1:4:8 (one cement, Four sand and Eight aggregates) mix using 40mm hard broken granite metal for foundation and flooring including dewatering where ever necessary and laid in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick to required thick to required thickness , including cost and conveyance of materials to work site labour charges complete with standard specifications

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using Cement Bricks size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard as per standard specification.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One cement and five sand) mix 12 mm thick including finishing cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges watering, curing and and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Daddoing the walls with first quality approved white glazed tilesof size 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tilessurface etc., complete

Flooring finishing with first quality plain ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush withtiles surface etc., complete.

Supply and delivery and fixing of 1000Lit HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved Quality of size 584mm width "P" or "S" trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brickjely concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two sand and five brickjelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition withour anyleakage etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work)

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make White glazed earthen ware Flat Back Urinal of approved quality including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition etc., complete as directed by the dePart ofmental officers.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications

Painting new iron work such as new iron bars/MS grills/ Weld mesh and ventilators etc., with two coats of approved paint over a coat of primer already given including all by specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers at all locations and height and complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of paint and labour charges.
