Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring of any description and any position (light, fan, socket or power point) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

Taking down Aluminium sub main wiring and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface roof/wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated and unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm (FRLSH) multistranded copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm (FRLSH) multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed, drawn in & including concealed/surface with PVC rigid conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia & 1.6 mm thick sunken pressed steel galvanised terminal boxes with top cover ISI marked plastic laminated hylam sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc complete all as specified and directed for the following- Note- (i) The quoted rete is deemed to be included for the chases cutting. (ii) Cutting chases for concealed shall be made good using CM 1:4 and surface finished to match the existing surface & colour.

(Note :- Two runs of 6.0 sqmm FRLSH and one run of 6.0 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length.)

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of 3 phase multi-function meter LCD display 3x240V, 3X (20100)Amp, 50 Hz, 3200 Imp/kWh, class - 1.0, ISI mark (20100) Amps with cover box including necessary connection complete as directed. Make : Genus/HPL/L&T. The contractor should deposit the Old U/S meter to E/M store yard.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geysers) of any make of 50 litrs capacity at any height opening for inspection complete including heating element inner copper tank etc de-scaling cleaning and re-assembling of Geysers after necessary repairs carrying out and re-fixing in same position (spares parts as required for repair/replacement geyser are measured and paid separately under supply only item) including making good to walls with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and plastering the wall surfaces with CM 1:6 and replacement of old nuts, bolts and rubber gasket etc all as specified & directed. Note:- Spares replaced shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this Schedule as supply only.

(Note :- Two runs of 4 sqmm (FRLSH) and one run of 4 sqmm (FRLSH) copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length.)

Dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 300 LPD per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for:- (a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc. (b) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks.

All as per item No.66 above but for 200 LPD

S &F in repair of 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with screw, socket joints with all fittings/fixtures like bends, sockets, unions, nipples etc on wall or floor including making alterations in existing /new pipes as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia bib taps fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Angle stop valves of any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 15-20 mm bore pipes.
