Supply, testing and Commissioning of Arm Assemblies along with motorised system for workman 3300-D and allied items at RSGC, Sgr.

Supply, testing and commissioning of imported pump diaphragm type compatible with the workman-3300-D with the following technical features: 01. The equipment must be a diaphragm-type compatible with Toro Workman 3300-D. 02. The equipment must have a minimum discharge capacity of 150-170 litres per minute (LPM) or above. 03. The equipment must be capable of delivering a minimum working pressure of 20 Bar (290 PSI) or above. 04. The equipment must operate at a rated speed of approximately upto 550 RPM or above. 05. The equipment must have a minimum power requirement of 8.4 HP (6.1 kW) at maximum working pressure. 06. The equipment must be of 04-06 diaphragm for smooth and continuous flow. 07. The equipment must be provided with a through-shaft PTO drive arrangement compatible with existing spray system installations. 08. The equipment must have a corrosion-resistant pump body. 09. The equipment must be fitted with chemical-resistant diaphragms suitable for herbicides, fungicides, pesticides and liquid fertilizers. 10. The equipment must have reinforced nylon or equivalent chemical-resistant suction and delivery manifolds. 11. The equipment must be fitted with stainless steel or equivalent corrosion-resistant valve assemblies. 12. The equipment must have a minimum suction port size of 1½ inch (40 mm) and delivery port size of not less than 1 inch (25 mm) or above. 13. The equipment must be suitable for spraying water, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and liquid fertilizers. 14. The equipment must be supplied complete with all mounting brackets, couplings, fittings and accessories required for installation and commissioning. 15. The equipment must be compatible with the existing spraying system installed on the Toro Workman 3300-D or equivalent machine. 16. The equipment will remain under the warranty of one (01) year.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete single-body spray nozzle turret assemblies, each consisting of a 03-position rotating turret fitted with 03 spray nozzles, protective caps, seat gaskets, filter elements, anti-drip diaphragm valves, and all other associated accessories required for the proper operation of the boom spraying system. The turret assemblies shall be high-quality corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant materials suitable for turf chemical applications and shall be fully compatible with the existing spray boom arrangement of the Toro Workman 3300-D turf sprayer.
