Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing laid in panels finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. for fixing RCC Fencing Posts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound and sealed with, Grade `B' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Precast cement concrete lovours and jallies 25mm thick including all mouldings, of type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor rough finished to receive next layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block(Coloured) , any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade over 50 mm thick sand cushioning(Consolidated including watering ramming and consolidation) complete all as specified. including taking out the existing one.

M& L for Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc including removing of rubishes.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in benching etc. complete.

Taking down cement plaster incl tiles of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not orherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilate demolition work and dispositing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in cover slabs and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

S&F TMT reinforcement bar, conforming to Fe-500, 10mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with chips.

S&F TMT reinforcement bar, conforming to Fe-500, 5mm dia and upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends as binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Taking out (Up-rooting) of RCC/Steel Fencing Posts or Struts of any Section, embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Making existing post hole of required size each n.exc 0.5 cum to accommodate Steel/RCC fencing post by trimming/excavation complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cuttings top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires, etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Dismantling Chain Link Fencing, Cattle Fencing, security fencing etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC coated chain link fencing 50 mm mesh size made out of 3.0 mm dia wire with PVC coated including MS round bar as line wires and binding wire all as specified and as directd by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : MS round bars will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but not exc. 15 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F, 450 dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3 laid and jointed with collar complete with dismantling the existing one

M&L for preparation of new surface to receive painting and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces, complete all as specifed and directed.
