Providing and laying Industrial floor tiles of size as mentioned below (15 mm thickness as specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS-4457:2007, flexural strength not less than 38N/sqmm & Breaking strength not less than 4000N, of approved make, in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand), including grouting & jointing with Laticrete or approved equivalent jointing compound of matching shade in place of white cement with matching pigment all complete as per direction complete including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Size of Tile: 300 mm x 300 mm x 15 mm thick

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles size 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Kajaria, Somany or equivalent) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), on floor and skirting/dado in patterns as per Archetctural drawings/directions of Engineer-in-charge of the site including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying vitrified floor (Double Charge) tiles size 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Kajaria, Somany or equivalent) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), on floor and skirting/dado in patterns as per Archetctural drawings/directions of Engineer-in-charge of the site including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments and cost of sand etc including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying Anti-skid Ceramic Floor Tiles (300x300) of Standard Quality and approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), on floor and skirting/dado in patterns as per Archetctural drawings/directions of Engineer-in-charge of the site including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments.including cost of sand including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing an applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size of stone aggregates including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all areas complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (avg) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent complete including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring and skirting/dado 100mm-150mm in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed withpigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone counters, Stair treads etc ,including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in- charge.But excluding cost of grey cement including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing Double moulding Granite stone Stair treads etc ,including cost of 5mm thick strip/ adhesive of approved quality, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in- charge.But excluding cost of grey cement including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement.

laying of 50mm thick cement concrete levelling course under floors at all levels including hire and running charges of Machinary , cost of cement of sand and aggregate(1:3:6)mix including all cahrges but excluding cost of cement
