M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plastering , any descriptuon from brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compund (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair face of brick/concrete surfaces of Ceiling, , finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete including all as directed.all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old painted surface of wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing surface and prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of sunken slab floor of WC and Bath including WC trap etc and providing Water proofing treatment of sunken slab in following sequence complete :- (a) 15 mm thick rendring on vertical sides of RCC slab in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical PIDIPROFF LW of Dr. Pidilite or equivalent approved as per manufacturer instruction. (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and remove all surface imperfections . (c) Fixing 40 mm dia PVC Pipe 450 mm long bottom of the sunken and Wraping of bathseal tape on the pipes inserted through walls to floor area and seal it. (Bath seal tape product of Dr. Pidilite or equivalent approved and grouting around the inserted pipes by porable Dr. Pidilite bathseal or equivalent approved grout as directed. (d) Make angle fillets by mixing sand cement and Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP or equivalent approved on all corners. (e) Brushing neat cement slurry 02 coats with high performance cementiteous polymer water proofing coating of Dr. Fixit bathseal or equivalent approved WPC for thickness of 01 mm in combination of WPC and cement ( 1:1:5) by volume and giving upto height 15 cm from bottom slab and allow it dry completly. (f) Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC of Dr Fixit as per manufacturer instruction in sunken slab over brickbat. (g) Fill the sanitary gaps with Dr. Pidilite sealing compounds complete.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down closet pan, pedestal pattern , white, with 'P' or 'S' trap , excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe, but including white seat cover closed pattern including connection to drain pipe (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe etc and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with integral foot rest including PV C ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap , excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe, including connection to trap and flushing pipe etc and making good floor to match complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 15mm bore PVC connections, superior quality, with CP brass nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless symphonic action type low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litre capacity including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve , float and handle complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.06 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality of size 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. Including taking up or down steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. Including taking up or down steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

98. M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete in plinth protection ground floor complete all as specified directed Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs multi-rib TM profile, tensile strength 550 Mpa, colour coated 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet, having maximum pitch of 250mm c/c and minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement, the feed material manufactured out of 0.50mm (TCT) with coating of 18-20 microns top coat over 5 microns primer and 8-10mm alkaline back of zinc aluminium alloy of AZ-150, including the sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium 55% and silicon 1.5% with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides having covered width 1020mm and return leg for proper side lap as in roof covering/ cladding and fixed with self tapping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs multi-rib TM profile, tensile strength 550 Mpa, colour coated 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet, having maximum pitch of 250mm c/c and minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement, the feed material manufactured out of 0.50mm (TCT) with coating of 18-20 microns top coat over 5 microns primer and 8-10mm alkaline back of zinc aluminium alloy of AZ-150, including the sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium 55% and silicon 1.5% with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides having covered width 1020mm and return leg for proper side lap as in roof covering/ cladding and fixed with self tapping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling of post holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates and mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound as in padding over roof slab, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) WPC shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted unit rate. (ii) Wherever PCC padding shall be provided, screed bed shall not be provided. (iii) Average thickness shall be not exceeding 25 mm for padding.

M & L for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane as specified here under :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.40 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M & L for two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/Sqm (each coat) on membrane surface all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) PCC padding or rendering for leveling of undulations on roof shall be measured and paid separately (ii) For filling undulation or levelling either PCC or rendering shall only be allowed for payment purpose.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on roof surface/parapet (using 100% coarse sand) with using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surfaces even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately
