Supplying fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 and 1202.

Centering and shuttering lncludlng struttlng, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights complcte and as directed by Engineer in charge. Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (using steel).

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers (using steel).

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawings and Technical Specification clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204. R.C.C. grade M20 (1 : 1.5 : 3 Nominal mix) Upto 5 m Height.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, fillets, columns, pillars, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to first floor level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: M20 or 1 :11/2:3 (1 cement: 11/2 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204. Random Rubble Masonry. In Cement Mortar 1 : 6

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and up tl first floor level Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Boulders filling with stones/boulders of 150 - 200 mm size, 60 cm wide behind the abutments, wing walls, retaining walls etc. (supply and carriage of boulders within 200 m is also included) complete as per Technical Specifications.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1204.3.8

Construction of R.C.C. railing of M25 grade in cast in situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3.

Precast terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes up to 12 mm, in skirting and risers Of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of: Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered/ concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, Vc fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered).

Providing, Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying ol dressed stone block walling and tile slab (Cherra/ local stone block) laid on 25mm thick base in cement mortar 1 :3 and jointed with grey cement slurry including clearing, directed. Cherra stone block (300x150x20)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel eta. as required. ln gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand): Flushed/ Ruled pointing

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 402.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 404. WBM Grading 1(90 mm to 45 mm) By Manual Means.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. WBM Grading 3 (53 mm to 22.4 mm) By Manual Means.

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen (S-90) using bitumen pressure distributor at the specified rate of 0.50 kg/sqm on the prepared WBM surface not primed, cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503(MORT&H)

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. By Manual means Without Anti-stripping Agent Bitumen 80/100 grade

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 By Manual means: Case I : Type A Without Anti-Stripping Agent Bitumen 80/100 grade

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702.
