Enagement of specialised technician to overview the situation under the sump
Cutting out the column pipe and bring it to the top along with cleaning the well properly to to fix the new column pipe
Lifting the pump with special attachment after disconnecting the power supply and removing top cover.
Dismantling the motor by separation of stator and rotor carefully without damaging the both and all the rotating components to be placed on the wooden block separately in the working place and dismantling the pump unit part by part such as draining out of oil from oil chamber, motor shaft, mechanical seals, bearings, diffuser, bell mouth, impeller etc. by using special tools and tackles.
Removal of the bearing housing and the bearing without damaging and mechanical seal with special attachments and hydraulic puller
Complete re-winding the stator with new conductor as per original shape and size with class insulation. winding to be baked up to proper temperature, vanish and cured properly. high pressure testing measurement of ir of winding resistance to be done as per direction of engineer-in- charge
After thorough cleaning of the rotor winding by proper heating, final cleaning to be done by ctg. The rotor winding is to be varnished by dr. beck's make vanish after heat.
Trueness checking of rotor shaft and dynamic balancing of rotor (balancing certificate to be produced)
Testing with measuring of IR value and all other relevant test and electric H.P test.
Thorough check up the power and control cable arrangement of socketing with supply of copper socket as required size by crimping and soldering.
Modification of cable gland enclosure by sealing of one side cable gland properly with high graded sealing materials and making a new enclosure cover after arranagement by machining & drilling the unit.
Supply of 4 core 50 Sq mm copper flexible cable.
Finishing end terminal leads by S & F dowells copeer sockets properly supplying tapes, petroleum jelly etc 6 nos.
Repairing the 3 nos. bearing housings
Servicing of 3 number of bearing and fitting
Supply and replacement of damaged Mechanical seals 80/75 upper and lower (1 set).
Metalizing the diffuser to minimize the distance betweeen impeller and diffuser
Filling the oil chamber with specified graded oil and pressure testing for confirming the leakage.
Assembly the entire pump motor unit part by part with tact and tools with necessary gasket, nitrile rubber o- ring, nut , bolts & washer, high temperature grease etc.
Thorough painting the whole pump motor with two coats of approved quality paint after necessary scrapping and cleaning.
Transportation charge from pumping station to party's work shop and back same including loading
Lower down the finished column pipe in the well part by part and assemble by fastening it in the well by SS Bolt by maintaining proper alignment
Lower down the pump motor set and commissioning after complete assembly and provide electrical connection in the starter panel board and trail run.
