S&F Pressed steel frame made out of MS Sheet 1.25mm thick for doors of size 125 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishies like cement plaster simlar wall tiles, floor tiles etc as per site requirement.

S&F Pressed steel frame made out of MS Sheet 1.25mm thick for doors of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishies like cement plaster simlar wall tiles, floor tiles etc as per site requirement.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed panelled door shutter, factory made (any number of panels) of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces including 2nd class hard wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5 mm on one side of shutter & fitted to chowkhats. The size of rail and style shall be as per IS –1003 (Part-I) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutters 30 mm thick (stile:), with particle board core and 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 5mm thick Moulded colour PVC Sheet on the front Face & 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site complete specification & drawing as per SSR complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters of 2nd class HW with partially panel shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauze etc edges or framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut or mitred beads for securing glass etc as specified in SSR pt-1 section 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made PVC single door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as per specification and drawing of SSR Part-I and the door frame to be fixed to the wall using MS screw 75mm long with PVC fastener as per manufacturer's, instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles of size 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceed 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finsihes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards of any type and any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 605X605 mm size of grid GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended form soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2 m length ) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre incl providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level n.exe 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F precast hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC of approved make in screed bed and pointing on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof :- (a) Cleaning palstered roof surfaces and applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvented primer a@ 0.3Kg /Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance 3mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by flame complete all as specified and directed.
