Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) with and including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat white cement primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of scaffolding and its removal is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Taking down/Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise proveded for complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including removal to rubbish to out side of MD land and M&L for brick work with well burnt old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with and including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat white cement primer complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , copings, kneelers, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) with use and waste of form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including M&L For Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) with use and waste of form work complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 or Fe -330, with and incl necessary S&F nut and bolts of 12mm dia including washers of reqd length complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil (effective dia 550mm at stretch length of coil 6M ) with two handle and spikes at both end of coil with dovetail clips 18 SWG, including razor wire 7 No, 6M lengteh of each wire medium size , barbed length 20mm width 14mm including 51 pins 128 nos of clips each coil including 230 gm/ sqm zinc coating on core wire complete all as specifide and directed.

M&L for preaparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
