SUPPLY OF 30 METERS FLAG POLE

Supply of 30.5 Meter Flag Pole. The Pole shaft shall be in three sections with hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. The shaft shall be PU painted with a coating of etching primer, primer and PU paint in oven chamber including transportation, loading, unloading charges etc., complete. a) Supply of system for Raising & Lowering of Flag. It shall have double drum winch, 6 mm dia galvanised wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag with Electrical Motor. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tool motor. Also includes LED aviation system with 3C x 2.5 Sqmm Cu armoured cable and other associated items. (Qty: 1 Set) b) Supply of Flag 20 Feet X 30 Feet as per Spec. (Qty: 6 No.). c) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from SS along with SS nuts, SS washers, anchor plates, templates and other associated items. (Qty: 1 Set). d) Supply of LED Aviation Light. (Qty: 2 No.). e) Supply of LED Floodlight type BJFL 250W LED. (Qty: 2 No.). f) Supply of 5 Meter high hot dip galvanised octagonal pole suitable to mount 1 No. flood light fitting at top. (Qty: 2 No.). g) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from SS along with SS nuts, SS whashers etc., (for 5 Meter Pole). (Qty: 2 No.).

ERECTION OF 30 METER FLAG POLE

Construction of shallow foundation with M30 grade concrete and Fe550 Grade steel reinforcement for the Flag pole considering the safe soil bearing capacity (minimum) at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour and soil investigation. The Foundation should be designed as per the relevant standards and the Foundation drawing should be submitted BEL for Approval.

Erection of the Flag pole & flag with the help of suitable equipment's and assembly of operating system etc., complete.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for Flag pole with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast pole earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour.
