Providing new Asbestos plain sheets 6mm thick including cost of rafters which will be collected from scrap including cost of all materials, bolts and nuts, labour charges, lead, lift, etc.,complete.

Chipping and dismantled the deteriorated damaged concrete surface of RCC roof ceiling to an average thickness of 50mm including all foreign materials and leaving behind only firm and solid concrete inluding removing the loose rust deteriorated on the reinforcement by brushing, cleaning with air water jet etc. including all labourers, tools equipments, staging propping etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing form work for concreting at all elevations and below GL to give medium smooth finish using steel shutters including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.

Providing working platform for ceiling area of various height for doing repair works, rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying fabrication and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire lead, lift, etc., complete.

Applying one coat of Nitozinc or equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rates including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing R.C.C 1:1½:3 using O.P.Cement with 12- 20mm machine crushed HBG metal with Nitobond AR mixed in cement mortar at 100ml/bag of cement including cost of all materials, labour, T and P, leads, lifts, curing, etc., complete but including cost of reinforcement and form work etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 for patch work in RCC slabs using O.P.Cement with 6-10mm HBG metal with Nitobond AR mixed in cement mortar at 100ml/bag of cement including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces rate including cost of all materials, lead, lift scaffolding, curing etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc. complete.

Providing and laying floor tiles of approved make and colour of required size 305x305x6mm laid over cm 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement of 0.4Kg / Sq.m including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing Two coats of Acrylic Distemper of approved quality brand & colour for old ceiling & wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, lead, lift etc. complete.

White washing two coats over the Plastered wall surfaces including cost of cem, Fevicol, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding, etc., complete.

Providing two coat of good quality of enamel paint to the existing steell grill surfaces after through scrapping the surfaces including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding, saftey provisions, and cleaning the area, etc complete.

Painting with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the two coats for existing wall surfaces after scrapping the deposited smoke ash and washing with soda powder mixed water inthe area and allow to proer drying to recive the paint in wall rate including cost of materials,labour,lead,lift etc complete.

Replacing the damaged Indian water closet of size 450mm white glazed earth ware 'P' trap and pair of porcelain foot rest with sand suchion and forming flooring allround water closet using 20mm brick jelly in lime concrete and plastering with CM 1:3, 20mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
