Repair to plaster in patches of 2.5 Sq.mtr and under and 12 to 20 mm thick induding cutting the patch in proper shape and replasting the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 mtrs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster/other surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops durt loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint, system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture specifications wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 1.25ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood.including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than whiteincluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thickwater proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 -0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primercoat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D -5147.
