Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime morter including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing debries/rubbish off materials out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500mts and depositing where and removing debries/rubbish off materials out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using (20mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks masonry exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F High strength deformed bars (TMT bars) 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete cut to length , bent to shape requred, including cranking , bending spirally for columns hooking for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC in M-30(Design mix) as in walls retaining walls, basement walls, wing walls, ballast walls and like, any thickness, above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (used 40mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete type A0 (1:1.5:3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in shotcreting method over GI wire mesh fixed on prepared earth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for high strength deformed bars (TMT bars) 20mm dia and over as in land slide area insertion to a depth as ordered using soil nailing technique by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for perforated 50 mm nominal bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade pipe I 1239 having perforation of exceeding 12mm dia and n.exc 25 mm @ 100 mm c/c in three rows duly fitted with (welded) mild steel conical shoe suitable for 50 mm pipe having wall thickness equal to thickness of pipe including drilling holes into hill shoe using rotary drilling technique complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly is grouted with cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for kerb stones of PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 (20mm graged aggregate ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500mts and depositing where complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in over areas n. exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc.63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers n.exc.15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 8mm dia 200mm long galvanised iron J-hook bolts fixed in holes and secured with MS plate 10cm x 10cm, 4 mm thick to the GI steel wire mesh in position and grouting holes with cement mortar 1:2 including forming mortice holes suitable to the size of J-hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for terramesh structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Boxes of size 3mx1mx1m (LxBxH) including tail of 2m as per IS 16014:2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12cm (D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy + PVC coated (Zn with polymer coating shall be provided if better polymer is available without any extra cost implication), Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with stone boulders of size exceeding 200mm and n. exc 300mm as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed.
