M & L for replacement of Bar Screen suitable for tank size of dimensions 0.5 m x 0.5 m TD x 20.0 mm including cleaning of tank, checking of allowable head loss complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable belt type oil skimmer assembly suitable for tank size of dimensions 9.44 m x 0.6 m x 3.0 m SWD, 0.3 m FB, Material of construction of main frame and Drive pulley to be: MSEP(Mild Steel Epoxy Painted), replacement of existing belt with oleophilic polymer belt of length 4.0 m (endless) & 300 mm width including replacement of old/ unservicable 0.25 HP motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Old and unserviceable 0.25 HP motor is to be deposited in MES store yard for BER purpose.

M & L for replacement of fixed type surface aerator designed for tank of capacity 15 m x 7.3 m x 2.5 m SWD x 0.5 m FB comprising of replacement of 7.5 HP, 1500 RPM foot mounted motor, Gear box V- 600 20:1 Ratio, replacement of MS impellor of dimension 1420 mm (Dia) x 410 mm (Height) made of 6 mm, 12 mm & 20 mm plate, SS fasteners 10 Nos, replacement of 115 mm dia x 1500 mm hollow shaft including provision for new flange, coupling, base frame, foundation bolt including painting using coaltar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE- Old and unserviceable 7.5 HP motor is to be deposited in MES store yard for BER purpose.

M & L for construction of bridgewalkway of 1.0 m width and 8.0 m length, as per existing shape including all standard dimensions including MS railing, replacement of helical gear box and motor, centre bearing assembly, scraper arm with adjustable holding bracket, scraper blade with neoprene rubber squeeze, tie rod 20 mm dia, sludge well scraper, bottom guide bush including provision of under water fastener SS 304 and painting complete clarifier assembly above water using epoxy paint and under water assembly using coaltar black complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE- Old and unserviceable helical gear box and motor, centre bearing assembly is to be deposited in MES store yard for BER purpose.

S & F in repairs 10 Sqmm 3 core, multistranded round PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 for connection from motors to panel inside ETP including, drawn through suitable PVC conduit, fixed to wall surface/ excavation of hard brick layer/ hard standing wherever required and making good disturbed surfaces invluding necessary clamping & provision for new lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repairs to sludge recirculation pumps of capacity 1.1 KW x 3 Nos, replacement of cylinder & piston, piston liners including replacements of all required parts like rings and washers, bearings and suction and discharge valves etc for proper functioning and re-assembling and installation and testing after repair/overhauling including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning/ preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
