Jungle clearance in borrow area , building premises, flanks and slopes of the road, canal and embankment by removing the grass and the jungle bushes from the top including weeding out shrubs including roots and levelling etc complete as per direction of E/I. ( specification is revised by central schedule rate committee in the meeting held on 11.01.84 in the office of engineer in chief , technical examination cell , Patna) vide part A common item of works

preparation of seat of embankment or canal by 75 mm ploughing and removing the grass root etc. as per specification and direction of E/I

Dismentling of existing structure like culverts,bridge retaining wall and other structure comprising of masonary cement concrete wood work steel work including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantling material disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m.Rubble Stone masonry in cement mortar.

Providing and laying clean sand in filling in foundation trenches including ramming as well as royalty and all taxes etc. as per specification and direction of E/I. vide part A common item of works.5.4

providing and laying P.C.C or R.C.C M150 with nominal mix of ( 1:2:4) in foundation of various components of canal or embankment structures with approved quality of 20mm graded coarse aggregate of required grade (as per design) and approved quality of sand of requisite F.M. (2.5 to 3.0)washed and screened including necessary tools and plants, vibrating, curing royalty and all taxes etc. including cost of form work as well as reinforcement, its cutting bending, binding and placing complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.vide RCD 12.08 A case II

Providing rough dressed random rubble stone masonary in C. M. ( 1 : 4 ) in superstructure with approved quality of coarses sand of requisite F.M ( 2.5 ‐ 3.0 ) washed and screened with racking out joint 12mm depth curing scaffolding and its removal where ever required including royality and all etc complete job as per specification & direction of E / I . vide part A common item of works .4.31

providing 25mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with approved quality of sand requisite F.M.(2.5‐3.0) washed and screened & its removal,royality and all taxes etc complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. vide part A common item of works .3.12

providing 1.5 mm thick cement punning including curing tc.complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. vide part A common item of works .3.11

E/W in dam fill in semipervious or impervious zone excavating by hydraulic excavator and carriage by tipper truck making dam in proper design section including earth to be laid in layers of not more than 225 mm thick and breaking of clods to maximum 63mm cube with all lifts including construction and maintenance of haul road etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. lead beyond 2 km but upto 3 km

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including praparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty whereever required scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Watering & Consolidation of earth laid in 150mm to 225mm layers by manual labour with C.I. hammer to achieve minimum 85% of maximum dry density including supply of water & necessary tools & plants with all leads & lifts all complete as per specification & direction of E/I.

supplying and laying 300mm thick humous layers on slpoe of dam with mannual compaction and turfing the surface with approved dub grass with 1 KM lead including watering and ramming till growth of the grass all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Water Bound Macadam Road :- Excavation in soil with doser with lead up to 1000 metres. (Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankmnt/ dumping area with lead upto 1000metres, including trimming bottom and side slope in accordance with reqiurements of lines ,grades, and cross sectons.

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade (Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for subgrade construction)

Granular sub base with graded material (table:-400-1)( construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ,complete as per clause 400-1 ( for grading -I material)

Supplying and laying good quality of moorum as per specification and direction of E/I.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading, and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel / vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse agreggate, watering and compacting to the required density). By mannual Means (using screening crushable type such as moorum or gravel) .
