Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS plate (CHEQUERED) 5mm and over as in manhole cover fixed to angle iron frame with three Nos of hinges and 150 mm handle, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in ground (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangemet for Stainless Steel grade 304 decorative designer railings, staircase, covers, sitting place, shed etc including taking down of old railing complete. (design and pattern as approved), complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal stainless Ltd. SAIL, TISCO, POSCO etc.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC coated chain link fencing wire gauge 4mm and wire thickness 4mm including line wires and mesh size type of stadards, rail straining bolts etc size of mess 50x 50 mm including dismantling of existing fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of RCC M-30 Grade approved Design Precast concrete post of size 150mm x 150mm x 2100 mm height, having two grooves of size 55 x 28 mm so as to receive 7 Nos of panels having size of 1500 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm thickness (2 Panel at Top & bottom + 4 Design Panel bottom to top +1 Jafari type panel at top as approved by Engr-in Charge/GE). The post shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of 8 mm dia bars with 4 mm dia stirrups @ 150 mm C/C, panels shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of longitudinal bars of 6mm dia plain steel & 6mm plain MS Stirrups @ 150 C/C all welded. The post shall be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 300mm x 300mm x 600 mm and filled with PCC 1:3:6 after the post should be aligned in these holes, including removal of excavated earthwork outside MoD land. The post will be erected @1.615m C/C. Height of the pillar shall be 2700mm (600mm below the ground and 2100 mm above the GL) with any approved design, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Aluminium anodised frame for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed.
