SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I

Unloading of existing filter media from the Iron Removal Filter vessel with proper care etc.

Taking down and Re-Commissioning of whole system including S/F of uPVC pipe with assoceris incl volves

Cleaning and scraping out side surface of filter vessel.

Replace ment of pressure gauge 80-100mm dia.

Replacement of entire Stainless steel stainer/brass stainer/ PVC stainer & nozzle as per existing suitable for 3000 LPH pressure filter

Supply / filling Mno-2 size 16mm to 20mm

Supply / filling Gravel-size 12 mm to 16mm

Supply / filling Gravel-size 10 mm to 12 mm

Supply / filling Gravel-size 6 mm to 10 mm

Supply / filling fine sand from Barakar.

Supply / filling T-sand from Barakar.

Supply / filling W-sand from Barakar.

Supply / filling activated carbon.

Supply / filling Pebbles 10-20mm of assorted size.

Inside cleaning entire surface area of the vessel shall then scrubbed thoroughly wire brush with water and cheking the internal system including painting if as required with two coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint etc for IRP.

Supply and filling for Antiscalant for water treatment of IRP/RO

Supply and fitted of water filter cartridge big blue spun filter 20 inch,4.5 inch size

Supply and fitted of water filter for 8040 Membrane cartridge

Supply and fitted of water filter regulator existing size
