SITE CLEARANCE Material and labour for approved moorum and forming embankment using approved earth of dry unit weight not less than 1.6 gm/cc and 5 to 6% CBR value (4days soaked) from Main land including payment of royalty, transportation to site and depositing at site, filling including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, rolling each layer and finishing to require size and shape etc not exceeding 1.5 high from base with standard proctor density not less than 98% complete all as specified.
