Providing and placing of PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm HBG metal as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour, curing, leads & lifts, etc. Complete.

Supplying and fixing of hand rails with M.S. Pipe of required size as directed by the Engineer including cost of materials, labour charges, welding, bolts and nuts if required, leads & lifts etc., complete.

Providing and placing of RCC 1:1½:3 using 20 mm HBG metal as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour, centring & shuttering, curing, leads & lifts, etc. complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying and laying in position of 20mm dia. GI pipe line of medium class (B class) of approved make as directed by the Engineer in charge for water supply arrangements including cost of all pipes, specials such as Tees, bends, Couplings, cutting, threading, joining, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of 500 litres capacity PVC Water tank of sintex (or) its equivalent as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of tank, all labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete

Supplying, Fabricating and Fixing in Position of MS fully panelled steel Door of single leaf of required size using 40x40x6 mm MS Angles for door frame, 30x30x5mm MS Angles for shutter frame by adopting 5 Nos. horizontally, 2nos. vertically, shutter covered with 18 Gauge MS sheet, finished neatly as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, providing locking arrangements, holdfast, hinges, labour, leads & lifts, etc. complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour charges, brush, leads & lifts etc., complete.
