FENCING WORK

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out fencing post of any description and in any position including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 M in depth for foundation trenches, laying of under ground cable, pipe line etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.50 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggt as in fwindow cill, steps,parapets,kerbs and coping etc. incl necessary form work and finished the surface fair and weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggt as in precast post, man hole cover etc incl necessary form work complete and set in CM (1:4) all as directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class' B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia, cut to lenth, bent to shape as required including cranking,bending and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in main reinforcement bar complete all as specified and direted.

Materials and Labour for mild steel tubular section of any thickness and of required size as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar works conforming to Grade E165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour for mild steel work with suitable size flat iron cut to size, bent to shape as required inluding drilling holes etc as in hold fast, cleats, clamp, band, strapes, supports and hooks for hanging fan etc complete all as specified and directd.

Supply only chain link fencing made of 3.15mm dia galvanized mild steel wire of mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm including binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any size and any mesh including line wires, to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, of lenth exc.15 cm and n.exc. 20cm and dia of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of post, standard rails, straining bolts etc.securing or tying at crossing with galvanised mild steel wire staples or pins (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather coat paint over one coat of exterior wall primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces with wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

ARBORICULTURE WORK

Supplying and planting carpet grass of Korean/ Maxican/ Joy/Hisy variety including draining upto 15 cm, removing of weeds/unwanted bushes, shrubs etc, levelling the surface soil, watering again and removing weeds from original soil, supplying of good earth to bringing the ground level upto 15 cm height including Supplying of fertilisers, pesticides, and application of the same complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying and planting semi studded plants like Golden Tun/ Maranta varieties as per argus/mary aglonima dwarf varieties including preparing the bed soil mixure etc complete and day to day care and maintenance for one year complete all as specified and directed by EIC .

Supplying and planting of hedgu like Akalita Aspar/ Duranta varities including preparing the bed soil moisture etc and day to day care and amaintenance for one year complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying and planting Ornamental shrubs like tabermane vontana dwarf/fixora red/ficas panda (Globe) petra crotons /Bougum Vilas Pink pixie/ Allamanda/cassia Biflora Cosal/ Poinnea Yellow/Taoperance Montana /duranta globel/ Exphorbla /Lan complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and planting decorative tree like Pisohea Alba/Barring tones Aetuangula/Bottle /Brush pride of India/Pongamca glabra/Terminalla Arkima Plumeria white/Plumeria red and day to day care & maintenance for one year complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Materials and Labour for making Root zone consisting of sweet earth - 50% and coarse sand - 50% (including lead) along with other additives, mixing, spreading in layers of 100mm thick, watering and well ramming and roilling each layer with 0.5 Ton hand/power roller including testing, sterilization and modifiactions to acheive the desired specificaion complete all as specified.
