| 1 | Supply, install, comissioning and testing of controller panel for monitoring and recording of the electrical data in accordance with power trading application. The system must be capable of capturing all electrical data from a RS485 enabled multifunction meter. Further, the system should be capable of acquiring the data from nearby sensors and meters, conditioning data for transmitting, transferring data through RTU to the cloud server. Also, the unit should be able to perform bidirectional communication for future use. The system should be mounted in a panel of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm (minimum) fabricated from 1.5mm thick MS steel sheet and must be powder coated. It shall be wall mounted with proper Iron angle support of suitable size, and fixed near the cold rooms and shall be consisting of following :-
(a) Single 16A MCB (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&T) along with SMPS, terminal blocks, appropriate accessories. | 2 | EACH | - | - |

1) ARM based Controller with 800Mhz processor and 512MB RAM with adequate memory for storing 30 days of multifunctional meter data @ 5 min per meter.
2) Inbuilt 4G/3G/GPRS modem with fallback and suitable antenna to communicate with cloud. Controller’s processor must be
different from modem’s processor.
3) Future ready RTU must have Modbus, IEC61850, MBUS, DLMS (all mandatory and selectable). Any other future open
source protocol (that uses RS485 or TCP port) must be provided free of cost for the period of at least 5 years (OEM declaration mandatory).
4) Must have one RS485 and one ethernet port.
5) Capable of capturing multi-function meter data along with Run Hours as well as other sensors data- All data such as phase
wise Voltage, phase-wise amps, total KWH, Harmonics must be captured.

| 2 | Supply, install, comissioning and testing power management software hosted on cloud (same make as RTU and fully compatible with the RTU) to display data from multifunction meters.
i) Software with 2 years subscription, maintenance and support as per specs. It shall be capable for hosting 7 Nos. meter
data (for the period of at least three year with interval of 15 min).
ii) Must have user customizable dashboards and SLD (without any coding/ scripting).
iii) Reporting must be user-configurable and changeable. Utility like billing reports must be supported.
iv) Multi-site data viewing within same interface without any physical cable connection of sites to single website
v) System must be accessible over internet and must have adequate security with dual factor authentication with username/ password along with OTP on email.
vi) All device communication with Cloud based IoT system must be secured using TLS/SSL encryption. Cloud must not support
non-secure connections.

| 4.01 | The base and cover should be Ultra -sonically welded ( continuous welding ) so that once the meter is manufactured and tested at factory, it should not be possile to open the cover at site except the terminal cover and any non permanent deformation cannot prevent the satisfactory operation of the meter of different makes( not more than 33% of a particular make to ensure interchangeability at a later date as per BIS 16444 with communication technology including GPRS / RF / Hybrid (RF+GPRS) / Any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI regulation.
