Estimate for repairing of flowmore make HSC pump model 5821 - 450x400, capacity 2000 m3/Hr, Head 28 Mtr. Sl. No. 66005092K7 installed at Bawana BPS Decoupling the pump from motor, dismantling from pipe line and base plate Taking out the pump from bottom to floor level by H O T crane dismantling of complete rotating assembly by removing of impeller, shafts, bearing & coupling set.
Supply & fixing of pump shaft (MOC: SS AISI 431)
Supply & fixing of sleeve nut for DE & NDE: MOC (Steel)
Supply & fixing of lock washer (for bearing): MOC (Steel)
Supply & fixing of shaft sleeve: MOC (SS-410)
Supply & fixing of check nut for DE & NDE
Supply & fixing of bearing DE: MOC (Brg. Steel) No. 6315, Make- SKF/FAG.
Supply & fixing of bearing NDE: MOC (Brg. Steel) No. 6315, Make- SKF/FAG.
Supply & fixing of gasket for pump: MOC (Champion Style - 20)
Supply & fixing of braided pipe
Supply & fixing of Impeller key (MOC: EN-8)
Fitting of all components as above on their original positions, greasing to both bearing, fitting of graphite packing of reqd. including shaft straitening and impeller balancing.
Fixing of coupling to put the complete rotating assembly in its position in the casing to put the dome (upper casing) and to tight all studs, put the motor in original position of to make alignment to tight all nut and bolts etc. to fix coupling, bolts, bush etc. and to make cable connection of motor, testing and commissioning on load
