Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides conforming to IS:12823 Grade-I Type II, in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in repair with float glass of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 20 Kg/Sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc, with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for fixed portion of doors windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required diameter and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight, mitred and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Weight of aluminium only shall be measured. Cost of all other accessories and fixing charges shall be deemed to the included in the quoted unit rate. 2. Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 30cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

M&L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C- 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B- 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying of 60mm thick grass paver /turf paver of approved size and shape of M-35 grade, made by table vibratory method using PU moulds, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Tensile scooter parking (size-21mx5m) executed through an approved specialized agency or OEM conforming to the following specification :- (a) MS Pillar of size 150mm outer diameter and 2.8mm thickness (b) Pairing pillar of size 58mm outer diameter and 2.5mm thickness (c) Other structural members of size 76mm outer diameter and 2.8mm thick. (d) Total number of pillars- 07 Nos (e) High-Tensile, architectural grade PVC and coated polyester fabric, minimum 800GSM, blockout UV-stabilized, anti-fungal and flame retardant. Note : All foundation work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.
