Supply, installation, testing and commissioniing of water cooled water chilling machine of 2x32TR (minimum) capacity driven by suitable KW motor, with flow swiches at condensor & chiller outlet, microprosessor based control panel accessories etc. for control room area confirming to technical specification attached. Chilling machine shall have interface cards compatible with BMS system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioniing of water cooled water chilling machine of 50TR (minimum) capacity driven by suitable KW motor, with flow swiches at condensor & chiller outlet, microprosessor based control panel accessories etc. for Service Buidling area confirming to technical specification attached. Chilling machine shall have interface cards compatible with BMS system.

Chilled Water Pump sets

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of end suction back pullout Chilled water centrifugal pump sets (Main & Standby) for chilled water recirculation with suitable KW motor for 1x50TR & 2X32 TR chillers confirming to technical specification attached. The chilled water pumps shall also include the cost of thermal insulation..

Condensor Water Pump sets

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of end suction back pullout condensor water centrifugal pump sets (Main & Standby) for condensor water recirculation with suitable KW motor (Main and standby) for complete HVAC system confirming to technical specification attached.

Cooling Tower (minimum 100TR)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cooling tower of capacity minimum 100TR (Main and standby) with Base frame, Basin, foundation, piping, valves, Control Panel, Vibration Isolator, Anti Vibration Mountings, Control System for Operating through BMS, Electrical cables, motor starters, ladders etc .

Water treatment Plant

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of min. 1000 LPH water softening & RO Plant alongwith water storage tank & its associated Piping, tank, Motor, Starter with Rain protective enclosure, bypass arrangement, etc (complete in all respect).

Double Skinned Floor Monunted Air Handling Unit

Supply, installtion and commissioning of Double skinned chilled water AHU floor mounted with extruded Aluminium sections and Galvanised steel sheet outside and inside with blower, blower section and blower motor. AHU shall have 6 Row cooling coil made of Alimumium finned coppwer tube with coil section, MS section pre-filter section. The complete AHU shall conform to standard specifications. The unit is complete with all accessories such as 3 wat automatic valves etc. and connection as required. The capacity of AHU shall be

minimum 18000 m3/hr

minimum 28000 m3/hr.

Piping, Auxilaries and Accessories

Supplying & Fixing of following nominal sizes of MS C class Chilled water piping, Y-Strainer, Valves, Expansion Tank, pressurisation unit, make up tank, combined dirt and air seperator, Auto Air vent etc. complete with companion flanges, nuts, bolts, gas kits fittings supports Chilled Water Plumbing (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings including valve,strainers,guages) etc. as required and as per specifications and drawings including all necessary civil work Duly Insulated with XLPE of thickness as per specifications.

MCC panel shall have 2 incomers, with sepereate fedders for each componenet of the AC system with spare fedders.The MCC panels shall have fedders as per technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

BMS/software and Operation Workstation

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 1.Web based grahical software providing facilities to create static & and animate graphics, navigation b/w pages, display of logs, changing time zones,popup alarms as per I-O summary. Software shall be able to communicate with all the devices simultaneously. 2. Application software for BMS having facility to exchange information. Sofware shall be able to calculate total power consumption, total refrigration load consumed per day etc, critical alarms generated and its status should be mailed along with daily report. 3. Host PC with preloaded Operating system, Anti-virus, monitor, keyboard, laserjet printer etc Items shall be as per technical specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4. Supervisory controllers: Netwrok area/supervisory controllers for BMS and shall support communication with AC plant controllers and other application controllers. Direct Digital controllers: DDC for CDW pump, cooling tower, pumps, AHU, fresh air fan, return air fan etc. Each controller shall be equiped with universal Inputs. Controllers shall have 15% extra IO capacity. 5. Field instrument sensors: supply installation testing and commissioning of tempreture sensors for condensor water system, Ambiant air , humidity sensor, current rely for pumps & vents, fans. Differential pressure switch for AHU blower, Fan filters, tempreture sensor for rreturn tempreture monitoring, level sensor for expansion tank & cooling towers etc. Items shall also include communication cables signal cables and conduits
