Notes:- 1) All works under this contract shall be day to day maintenance and repair of Internal electrification. Contractor shall provide and deploy adequate experience tradesmen (minimum one electrician and one helper daily) to carry out day to day repair against complaint in MES complaint centre in Technical area on working days at 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs. Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 120/- per complaint per day, If fails to attend the complaint within 8 hours. 2) In case of any breakdown /emergency contractor shall make arrangement to attend and rectify the complaints in odd hours on Sunday holiday also. The rates quoted by contractor shall deemed to be include this aspect. Every day contractor shall deposit the completed job card to complaint cell/JE. The contractor shall provide necessary tools, plants and ladders to carryout day to day maintenance and repair works. 3) The contractor will get the names of tradesman approved from Engr-in-Charge. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject the employment of such person forthwith. No claim what-so ever be entertained on this regard.

S & F in repair for Point wiring with 1100Volts grade, single core, PVC insulated FRLS cable multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm nominal area for phase and neutral, drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size, with all necessary fittings and accessories fixed on walls/ ceiling with one run neutral and one run of single core cable of same description above but green colour in continous earthing wire 1.5 Sqmm connected to common earth dolly including PVC junction / mounting boxes on / in the wall / ceiling for piano switches/ switch socket combination/ fan regulators etc and MS/GI junction box duly covered with 3mm thick hylam sheet complete for the following :-

Note : Three run of copper conductor and one run of PVC casing and capping together taken as one length for measuring unit length.

Taking down and S&F fix GI earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including using of 4 mm GI wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel , connected to earthing test point, all as specified & indicated, including testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil/rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire febric weight hot less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore, medium grade wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 15mm bore light grade upto 7.50 mtr long test point and testing complete etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down and S & F in repair Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire.all as specified and directed.
