(d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any. (B) CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION: (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil upto required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/fixing arrrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all HT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any. (D) ELECTRICALS: (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection. (b) Checking the contactors/relays etc for overheating or flashing. (c) Cleaning of all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working. (E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL: Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions of the LT/CT/Hoist motion push buttons and lights/VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete.
Dismantling and Taking down complete 3 Ton EOT Crane from the main girder at the height of about 8 meters with the help of chain pully block/other machinery safely to the ground level after taking down complete crane, the following parts should be thoroughly checked, cleaned and after repair complete crane should be refixed on main rail line:- (a) LT floating shaft shall be dismantle completely by removing shaft pedestal. (b) Dismantling of CT Trolly system completely at floor cleaned and repaired. (c) Dismantling of LT wheel and refixing after repair duly greased. (d) Dismantling of CT wheel and refixing after repair duly greased. (e) Dismantling of 3 TON chain pully block opening of complete block and refitting the complete block after repairing and duly oiled and greased. NOTE: - Replacement of any defective parts has not been catered in Item No 1.00 & 2.00
Material & Labour in repair hand chain for hoisting of grade Fe-30 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour in repair LT & CT, DSL (Direct Supply Line) system with new `C' track system including 4 wheel cable trolleys, end clamps, jointing fixture etc, system should be mounted on Angle Iron Brackets of suitable size duly clamped complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: This work include welding of suitable size Iron Brackets.
Material & Labour in repair of Push Button Station 6 way made out of MS Sheet and duly epoxy painted having main ON-OFF, LT & CT Push Button with elements duly hanged with the help of PVC insulated steel wire rope with `D' Clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour in repair of PVC insulated, FRLS round sheathed flexible cable of size 1.0 sqmm 8 core conforming to IS 694:2010 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade 1100 volts duly clamped and New C Track system from main control panel fixed on the crane to Push Button station complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm, powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer, factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation (1:2:4 Type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 700mm x x300mm x 600mm on the adjacent pairs of leg & net cementing the same. The feeder pillar box shall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (internally) on the surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
