Turning of various sizes of CID Joints Class- 10/ 15 Complete set (Labour Charges), The Joints will be supplied by the Junior Engineer concern of Department and carting to workshop and after turning of these joints, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concern's store own his cost.

Threading on GI Pipes different diameter as below (Rate Per Mouth Threading). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department and carting to workshop and after threading of these pipes, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concern's store own his cost.

Cutting of GI/MS/CI Pipes of any class as below (Rate per Mouth- One cutting only making two pieces). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department.

Welding on M.S. / G.I./CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machine/ generater, if required for job.

Making of GI Assembly pipe for various sizes including threading, tightening, welding of flange and welding with MS Patti, holes and cable grove making as per required length of 3.00 M/ 6.00 M (Pipse and flangse shall be provided and carting these to workshop by the the department). Length of MS strip will be 100 mm, Width- 20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flange. Holes in the flanged will be standard size and above 12 mm dia. in size. After tightening the pipe and flanged, welding will be done at junction of flange and pipe complete in all respect. After preparing of Assembly Pipes, the firm is liable to transport these to concern's divisional store own his cost.

Supplying of MS Rods for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of old rods including material and finishing for the following sizes.

Supplying of Chuck Nut for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of Check Nut including material for the following sizes.

Providing and fixing of flanged/ plain ended MS Specials made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches complete including all taxes, material, labour, inside lining, outside coating, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
