Providing and fixing of prefabricated (frangible hut) of size 8m x 5m and 3000 mm height along the wall and 3500 mm at the centre. It is made of 50 mm thick sandwich panel made of 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheet at the outer sides and middle part consists of PU foam of density 40 kg/m3 which has to be installed in to the operational area. Provision of one no. of partition wall with door of size 920 mm(w) x 2000 mm (height) & locking arrangement and provision of one no. door of size 920 mm (w) x 2000 mm (h) with locking facility at the longer side wall at corner with a provision of 3 nos. 100 mm dia, holes on wall for passing AC conduit and one no. of 150 mm dia. holes for electrical cable and one no. of 250 mm dia for NAV-AID cable etc The cost of the hut is inclusive of design, vetting of design by Govt. Engg. College, fabrication, transportation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site and specification over cement concrete platform (Cement Concrete platform shall be paid separately). The exterior of the hut shall be provided with design of white and red squares (2 feet x 2 feet) and as per direction of E-I-C. All complete as per attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of prefabricated (frangible hut) of size 2m x 2m and 3000 mm height along one wall and 3500 mm at the opposite wall. Providing and operating hydraulic excavator (3D) (JCB or equivalent) with skilled driver and fuel with valid papers and licence of vehicle and drivers, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment/filling in Plinth with approved materials soil obtained from borrow pits (outside airport premises) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to achieve the desired compactions as specified in technical specifications (based on MORTH) etc complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, using minimum cement of 384 kg (PPC cement), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, All works upto plinth Level 1:1.65:3 ( 1 cement : 1.65 coarse sand : 3 coarse aggregate)
