Erection, testing and commissioning charges for the above said 2.0 / 1.5 TR concealed Split AC. The Indoor (IDU) & Outdoor (ODU) unit must be supported by structure made of 40 x 40 x 5 mm amgle and tie rod incl. necy. Painting & as per direction & satisfaction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007, with all necessary accessories. specials viz, socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple. longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixing etc. complete în all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required jointing materials in any position above ground. FRAME WORK Enclosed Safety Cage for ODU :: Supplying, fabrication & fixing 3 Nos. M.S U-channel of 6mm thick of size (75mm X 40 mm X 40mm) of 1m length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 1.5TR / 2.0 TR Concelled split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 1/2:3) etc. fabricated with 2 Nos. horizontal angle of 25mm X 25mm X 5mm of 1m. length incl. S&F of enclosed safety cage (for ODU) made of angle (25 X 25 X 5 mm) and flat (25 X 5 mm) iron with necessary painting with 02 coat of R.O. primer (Asianpaint / Shalimer / Berger) incl. shade arrangement with corogated PVC shade with proper clamping arrangement incl. fixing of ODU as per direction of EIC.

Cu Pipe Line Safety Grill Enclosure :: S & installation of rectangular type M.S frame of size 1’ x 1’ x 1’ of 25 mm M.S flat with 02 nos interconnections by 25 x 6 mm M.S.flat with 25 x 25 x 5 mm M.S angle with suitable clamping arrangement as required. All angle are jointed by argon welding system. M.S. bar gap at 2’’ distance. Whole structure are grouted on wall at each 18" gap with 3" M.S. flat leg splitted at end ( 4" bullet fastener are to be used where grouting will not be possible) and mending good the damage to original finish incl all necy. materials, tools and tackles incl charges of scaffolding and painting with 02 coat of Synthetic enamelled paint over 02 coat of R.O. primer (Asian Paint / ICI / Berger) incl. welding, carriage and transportation.

Wrapping both the copper pipe with kenofoam insulation by 26 SWG aluminum sheet to make it vermin proof.

Cutting of Grill of a window ;in shut two number hinge & lock & key arrangement and mending good the damages by making door like arrangement for permanent access to ODUs.

Supplying and Fixing of 9.5mm plywood board incl. painting for closing the opening of the window AC as per direction of EIC.

Cost of cutting the wall for the installation of refrigerant pipe line and mending good the damages to original finish incl. damp proff treatment with water resistant materials so that no water seepage happen though the wall of the working area as per direction of EIC.

SITC of 1.8 Ton 3 Star Non Inverter Window AC (Copper Condenser) , 3 Star Rating, Hyper Tropical Rotary Compressor For Rooms up to 200 sq.ft Power Consumption: 1950 Watts Refrigerant: R32/ R 410A , (MK: O GENERAL -AXGB22BBAA-B/ Mitsubishi Heavy) (Brand as per choice of EIC) . Fream work should be consider during installation.
