Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 but not exc 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconecting & refixing in position. after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I.

Refixing old steel GI tubing 20 mm dia in new or old position, all as directed. Note : G I tubing obtained from item No 3 shall be used

Refixing old steel GI tubing 25 mm dia or 32mm in new or old position, all as directed. Note : G I tubing obtained from item No 4 shall be used

Supplying and Fixing of 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/roofs complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and Fixing of 25mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/roofs complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain/unreinforced cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 25 mm thick (Average thickness) Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), as in padding concrete / levelling course laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactureres instruction on concrete surfaces of roof and making the surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured seperately under relevant item of this schedule

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Demolition of water proofing treatment including removal of APP memberane all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparing RCC roof slab by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bond bituminous primer @ 0.2Kg / Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side over laps and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown hot bitumen 95/15 over the membrane at @1.20 kgs/sqm and surface finished with a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out only through authorised applicator who are certified by the firm for quality application.

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/steel or aluminium grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Galvanised Iron frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new ceiling surface and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of self primer all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including cut to circular shape complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden / PVC chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) including making good disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces all as specified and as directed.

S & F Granite (Jet black type) 20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

S & F Powder coated (minimum 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified & directed

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding windows without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc., including powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron). complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet glass 4mm thick in square exceeding 0.5 Sq M in each pane, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium section complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of wall by scrapping and washing including preparation of surface by applying a 3mm thick layer of wall care putty (JK or Birla) and applying two coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.0mm thick frosted glass fixed in false ceiling with necessary cleats including glass painting of approved pattern all as specified and directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

M & L Plain Cement Concrete 1: 4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick paving all as specified and directed

Supply only sand cushion to paver blocks/tiles compacted by using plate compactor or other suitable mechanical method etc all as directed.
