Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,bell, socket or power) complete,including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders,regulators, sockets, tube light fittings i.e removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made for conditions separately ) and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade with proper putty for smooth finishing without andulations complete all as specified and directed.( Note:- All credit materials should be deposited in MES yard as available on work site the same materials should be issued to contractor through gate pass as per contract schedule of credit materials against contract agreement or taken on ledger with approval by accepting officer).

Material and labour for cutting chasing,pinning of brick/ stone/concrete wall at any height wall cutting and chases for concealed wiring for 20/25 mm PVC conduit dia pipe,water tubing,etc and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement motor 1:3 to ends or edges of landigs,wall surfaces etc,cutting not exc 10 cm girth and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade with proper putty for smooth finishing with existing wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding incl providing circuit wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH type, ISI marked,conf to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper cable 1100 volts grade cables drawn through in PVC Conduit 20/25 mm dia medium grade ISI marked (MMS) at any height/places and all accessories are concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. including suitable arrangements for flush mounting modular MS/GI boxes as per site requirement/suitable for modular top cover and frame for fixing of modular switches,sockets,fan regulators, blank plate etc and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH type unsheathed(Green colour),single core cable with copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade with necessary putty for smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one 10amps switch.

All as per item no. 3 for One fan point controlled by one switch 10 amps, and one regulator.

All as per item no. 3 for One exhaust fan point controlled by one 10 amps switch .

All as per item no. 3 for One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 10 amps switch on independent board .

All as per item no. 3 for One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 10 amps switch on same board .

All as per item no. 3 for One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push.

All as per item no. 3 for One light point controlled by two 2 way switches/bed switch point

All as per item No.7 and 9 above,but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm and earth conductor of size 2.5 sqmm incl circuit wiring complete all as specified and directed forOne 6 pin 16/6 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16/20 amps switch on independent board.
