REPAIR MAINT OF HT INSTALLATIONS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AHRR UNDER GE (E M) R R HOSP DELHI CANTT-10

Supply, installation and testing of Numerical Transformer Protection Relay (must communciate over IEC61850) in HT 11 KV Control Panel comprising of new and modern numerical scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on faults Differential Protection, Buchholz, WTI, OTI, PRV, MOG, over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases, Transient earth fault, phase discontinuity,Trip circuit supervision relay, DC supervision relay with 5% pick up for OC and 5% for EF. The relay shall also have the following features as minimum; (i) Selectable CT input current 1A or 5A, (ii) Disturbance recording upto 300 cycles, (iii) 500 event record with time stamping, (iv) Analog input from 4 CT and 3 PT. (v) 10 DI (Digital input) & 6 DO (Digital output), (vi) Communicable on IEC61850 protocol, Data retrieval through front USB port incl reqd lifetime licensed software for data retrieval, (vii) Inrush protection, (viii) Self monitoring, (ix) Self supervision function. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses Breaker On, Off, Spring Chrgd, Test, Service, AC-Fail, DC supervision relay, Trip circuit healthy relay, local remote, Line-Current, Transformer differential, Buchholz, WTI, OTI, PRV, MOG, PT fuse failure. The relay shall be fixed on new 2mm CRCA sheet of matching existing control panel colour and suitable size covering all blank space formed by removing old mechanical type IDMT relay complete including associated wiring and integration with existing HT control panel, taking out old unsv relay complete all as specified and directed. M & L for necessary software/hardware for digital mapping of HT UG power cable routes with GPS co-ordinates and depth of the cable specified at every 100 mtrs, joints, turnings/ diversions or specified if any by Engr-in-charge along with submitting 03 sets of hard copy drawing and soft copy duly indicating cable specification & lengths from and to bldgs / substations to which they are connected and indicating cable route indicators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The contractor will submit, explain and demonstrate technology / methodology being adapted for digital mapping on known route, submit the drawing and obtain prior approval from GE before proceeding with execution of this item. (ii) All necessary T&P, manpower, consumables required for execution of this item shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for route and depth tracing of HT UG power cable aluminium conductor cables, 11000 volts grade any core and size already laid complete cable lengths more than 100 mtr but not exceeding 1000 mtr including necessary tools, plants and machinary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Applicable for item No 2 to 3 1. The UG cables are laid underground or on wall/roof and drawn through GI pipes/ ducts trenches etc. Therefore the contractor shall obtain permission of AGE / JE and user unit (whenever necessary) before tracing of cables. 2. The contractor shall arrange necessary tools and technicians / labour for disconnecting cable end terminals if required and the cost of the same is deemed to included in the rate quoted. 3. Since the work is executed on existing laid cable site for working may be available on rectricted hours, hence the contractor shall make his own arrangement and execute accordingly. 4. The vender shall maintain a register of records as directed by Engr-in-charge for cable traced.

M & L in replacement for hot dipped galvanised perforated cable tray of size 300mm - 450mm (Width), 40 mm (Height), GI sheet thickness not less than 1.2mm with top cover including fixing accessories to fix the cable tray on wall, supporting structure, on roof, on floor and fixing of cable on calbe tray i.e. nut, bolots, fastener (of suitable length) patti of cable size and gitti complete all as directed.

All as per ser item no 4.00 but cable tray of size 150mm (Width), 40 mm (Height), GI sheet thickness not less than 1.2mm.

M&L in replacement of 20x3mm copper strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement electrical insulating rubber mat of sizes 1m wide and 3 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv as per relevant IS suitable for electrical shock safety and anti skid type including adhesive of premium quality to fix properly on floors after preparation of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in replacement of spout of existing shape and size, made of epoxy suitable as fix support of 11KV bus bar in VCB panel complete all as directed.

M & L for replacement of sleeve of HT Bus Bar of suitable size to protect 11 KV bus bar from moisture including dismentaling and refixing of bus bar after check all insulators, supports are not leakage the current and clean the complete HT panel / bus bar from inside by opening the outer sheet where bus bar fixed complete all as directed.

Cleaning of Duct of in which nos of LT/HT Cable run on angle iron or on floor of duct upto depth of 3.5 mtr including romoving of debris, dust, garbage etc from the site and refix the duct cover properly after cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
