Removing the existing damaged plastic cane of chair tubular steel of sorts and recanning the same with 2/4mm wide plastic cane as per trade pattern, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing broken/damaged wooden seat frame of chair steel tubular with arms and providing with new hardwood frame duly canned and painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-75(M)

Removing the existing broken/damaged wooden back frame of chair steel tubular with arms and providing with new hardwood frame duly canned and painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-75(M)

Removing the existing broken/damaged wooden seat frame of chair steel tubular without arms and providing with new hardwood frame duly canned and painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-75(M)

Removing the existing broken/damaged PVC back & seat of chair school with hand board and providing and fixing new one piece back & seat (Blow plast or equivalent) and providing hard rubber bushes, all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge (FD/E6/MAP/05)

Removing the existing broken/damaged hand board of chair school with hand board and providing and fixing new hand board including 25mm dia hollow steel pipe all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Eingineer-in-charge (FD/E6/MAP/05)

Removing the existing broken/damaged pre-laminated particle board of chair school with hand board and providing and fixing new 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board top with edge banding to the existing 25mm dia hollow steel pipe instead in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame. All as shown on drawing and as directed by the Eingineer-in-charge (FD/E6/MAP/05)

Removing the existing broken/damaged 5mm dia MS rod basket from chair school and providing and fixing new 5mm dia MS rod basket made to shape to chair school duly painted with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint black over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Engr-in-charge (FD/E6/MAP/05).

Removing the existing broken/damaged rack of shoe steel and providing and fixing new rack (single set) dully painted with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint black over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-chage (FD/E6/MAP/02 R)

Removing the existing unserviceable lock of Almirah large steel and providing new steel lock of six levers with duplicate keys of approved quality, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ( FD-1031, 1033)

Removing the existing unserviceable lock of Almirah med steel and providing new steel lock of six levers with duplicate keys of approved quality, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-1032)

Removing the existing unserviceable locking device and replacing with new locking device of Almirah large steel of approved quality, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ( FD-1031, 1033)

Removing the existing unserviceable lock of steel tables/book case steel/industrial locker, etc. and providing new steel lock of four levers with duplicate keys of approved quality, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (FD-30/90/98/1028,1047/90(M)/1008/1004/1003)

Removing the existing damaged castor wheels of revolving chairs of any description and providing with 50mm dia new castor wheels of suitable design, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing worn/torn out foam/tapestry and providing 50mm thick synthetic foam of (32 Kg/cum density) and tapestry for seat/back of steel cushioned chairs, Make:Godrej, Model:1007 including painting, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing worn/torn out foam/tapestry and providing 75mm thick synthetic foam of (32 Kg/cum density) and tapestry for seat/back of steel cushioned chairs of sorts including painting as the case may be, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Chair verandah FD/E6/MAP-II/06 by removing the existing ken/damagesd/unserviceable PVC Seat and back for chair verandah of size 455mm x 455mm x 4mm thick (weight not less than)1.85Kgs providing and fixing new component in replacement as per shapes and size as existing as as specified shown on drawing and as directed by the Engr -in -Charge

Removing the old damaged plywood top from GI Charpoy and refixing new 12mm thick plywood of size 2010mm x 900mm with nut nut & bolts (08 Nos) including welding and tightening all elbows, checknuts,complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. (FD-220)

Removing the existing damaged/broken GI long rail and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade & 02 Nos Bracket including cutting/threading and welding 02 Nos Bracket made out of Angle Iron of size 35x35x5mm(150mm long) at equal distance with long rail and fixing to GI Charpoy to bring it to the original shape, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/broken GI short rail and providing GI short rail from the damged long rail obtained from item No.37 above and supply new Bracket, including cutting/threading and welding 02 Nos Bracket made out of Angle Iron of size 35x35x5mm (75mm long) at equal distance with short rail and fixing to GI Charpoy to bring it to the original shape, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/broken GI leg and providing GI leg from the damged short rail obtained from item No.37 & 38 above, including cutting/threading and fixing to GI Charpoy to bring it to the original shape, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/broken GI Elbow and S&F 32mm dia cast malleable GI medium grade three way elbow to GI Charpoy as required, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/broken GI check nuts and S&F 6mm thick GI medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe of GI Charpoy, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/broken Stiffner of Charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new Stiffener of size 35x35x5mm (830mm long), all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old damaged Charpoy IP hard top plywood (FD/MAP-II/01) and re-fixing new 12mm thick plywood of size 1925 x 850mm including welding & painting , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the old damaged plywood 12mm thick from bed hard steel (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)) and supply and fix new `12mm thick plywood BWR grade of size 1970mm x 820mm fixed with flat head nuts, bolts of size 6mm dia 75mm long with 3mm thick washer (total 8 Nos per bed) including welding/repairs required and providing hard rubber bushes as exosting all as specified shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing the existing damaged/broken steel drawers of Table Office Clerk Steel (FD-381/1004) and providing a set of new steel drawers made out of 18 gauge MS Steel including fixing/welding properly for smooth functioning duly painted with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/broken steel drawers of Table Office Officer Steel (FD-84/1003) and providing a set of new steel drawers made out of 18 gauge MS Steel including fixing/welding properly for smooth functioning duly painted with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing damaged/unserviceable gas lift of chair executive revolving of sorts and providing new gas lift and make good the centre pivot mechanism of revolving chairs including tilt tension adjustment complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing the existing damaged/unserviceable pedestal assembly of chair executive revolving of sorts and providing and fixing new pedestal assembly wih 5 Nos twin wheel castors complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing the existing damaged/unserviceable polyurethane hand rest of steel chairs of sorts and providing and fixing new one-piece armrest made of black integral skin polyurethane of scratch and weather resistant and reinforced with MS insert complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing the existing damaged/unserviceable back plastic cover of all executive revolving chair/computer chair and replacing with new back plastic cover all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Drg No.TP

Scrapping down the existing faded off paint by any means and carrying out repairs such as removing the dents/bends, apply putty to obtain even surfaces, painting with one coat of approved synthetic enamel paint , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, for following item.
