Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing precoated profiled colour coated Galvalume profile sheets of TATA Durashine/ JINDAL Coloron / CRILL (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.5 mm (min. total coated thickness ) tensile strength 550 mpa steel grade, composition -55% Aluminium, 43.4% ZInc & 1.6% Silicon , strength As per IS 1397 - 1993, base metal high tensile steel. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated plain Galvalume profile sheets of TATA Durashine /JINDAL Coloron /CRILL as approved by Engineer-in-charge 0.470 mm (min. total coated thickness ) tensile strength 550 mpa steel grade, composition -55% Aluminium, 43.4% ZInc & 1.6% Silicon , strength as per IS 1397 - 1993, base metal high tensile steel sheet 600 mm wide plain precoated sheet for ridges / valleys / flashings / gutters or 200 mm to 600 mm wide E-Board / E Board bottom with nominal 40 mum zinc coated or nominal 25 mum zinc-tin alloy coated, hexhead, self-drilling screws as per AS 3566-2002 class 3 fasteners woth EPDM / Cyclonic washer all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
